Quality Analyst


New position to collect, analyze and interpret data for purposes of utilization management, quality improvement, and risk mitigation.  Determines the best ways to measure quality, compliance and performance.  Recommends and supports process improvement methods and reassesses ongoing performance according to agency standards.


Qualifications:  Master’s Degree in social, analytical or related field.  MBA, RN or MSW preferred.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis.  At least 3 years’ experience with proven skills in the areas of quality improvement, quality control, quality management systems, compliance and/or utilization management.


Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, successfully passing criminal background check, and drug/alcohol screening. Excellent Benefits.

Job Fair at the Toledo Zoo 


TOLEDO, Ohio —The Toledo Zoo will be hosting a job fair on Tuesday, March 27 from 3-7 p.m. to fill more than 200 part-time and seasonal positions. The Zoo is looking to hire friendly, outgoing individuals with customer-focused attitudes to fill a variety of guest service positions. Join the team… everybody’s Zooin’ it!


Job fair attendees are asked to park in the Anthony Wayne Trail parking lot, enter through the Zoo gates and follow the signs to the Malawi Event Center. Zoo parking and admission fees will not apply. Business casual attire is preferred. Attendees are requested to bring a professional resume or completed Zoo application, available at toledozoo.org/jobs. Express check-in will be available for those who apply online, in advance. Most positions require a minimum age of 16, however, some require candidates to be 21 with a valid driver’s license. Those interested must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Metroparks Toledo is looking for motivated, innovative and fun individuals to deliver cultural educational programs as part of the Canal Experience at Providence Metropark, the Manor House at Wildwood Preserve and the Nature Photo Center at Secor Metropark. Some college course work in history, education, communication, theatre or parks and recreation preferred and some experience in historical re-enactment research, public speaking and programming desired.
